Below are Kurira’s Easter 2024 Promotion Terms and Conditions.
1.1 The Easter promotion begins on 18 March 2024 at 00:00Hrs and ends on 01 April 2024 at 23:59Hrs GMT. Kurira reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion period at its sole discretion.
2.1 The promotion is open to all existing customers and new customers who are 18years of age or older.
2.2 Employees of Nubiacom Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
2.3 The promotion is subject to all applicable British laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3.1 To participate, customers must complete the following activities within the promotion period:
3.1.1 Purchase a minimum of £18.00 in calling credit from Kurira.
3.1.2 Follow an official Kurira accounts on either Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X (formerly Twitter), or YouTube.
3.1.3 Like an official Kurira post which has been posted during the promotion period on the chosen social media platform.
3.1.4 Tag or share a Kurira post with 3 friends.
3.2 Participation is automatically registered once the customer completes the above activities. No additional registration is required.
4.1 Eligible participants will receive 10% of the qualifying top-up in free calling credit to their Kurira account.
4.2 The free calling credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
4.3 The free calling credit will be applied to the participant's account within 5 days after the end of the promotion period.
5.1 Participants can receive a maximum of one reward during the promotion period.
5.2 Rewards are subject to availability, and Kurira reserves the right to substitute the reward with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5.3 A qualifying top-up is single unit of credit of any amount starting from £18 and ending at £50, which is topped up in a single transaction during the promotion period
5.4 Where the user makes several qualifying credits during the promotion period, the reward will be awarded in the highest amount only the highest amount will be Credit will be awarded for the highest
6.1 Kurira reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Kurira’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Kurira in its sole discretion.
6.2 Kurira has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the promotion, to void rewards for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by promotion rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
7.1 Participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data by Kurira and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Kurira’s privacy policy.
8.1 The terms and conditions are governed by English law
9.1 By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Kurira as final and binding as it relates to the content of this promotion.
