You must check the Account number and password that you have entered and make sure they are correct. To find your account number you need to log into the website using your email address and click on “Kurira App Info”. NB:Your email address is used on the website, the Account number is used on the mobile app

You can call any country in the world because Kurira is best for global calls. Rates start from as low as 1p, please check the rates page for low rates to your favourite destination.

Log into your account and click on the “Call History” tab where you can view your itemised call list for any date of your choice. Your balance is also announced every time you make a call.

You purchase credit by logging into your account on Kurira.com where you can use PayPal or a Credit/Debit card.

You can send airtime to your friends and family. Simply create a send-airtime account, enter the mobile phone number to top-up, choose the amount, enter your payment details and you’re all set.
